COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Dear Nomads,
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring smooth coordination, safety, and an enjoyable experience for everyone, the following guidelines are to be observed during all rides:

01 | Respect & Conduct
Treat every member, rider, and pillion with dignity and respect. Maintain professionalism in all conversations and avoid remarks, behaviour, or content that may make others uncomfortable. Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or misconduct will absolutely not be tolerated.
02 | Safety First
Safety is non-negotiable. Every rider and pillion must wear a full-face helmet and full shoes during official rides. Appropriate riding gear is strongly recommended to ensure maximum protection on the trail.
03 | Ride Discipline
All participants are expected to follow road rules and maintain riding discipline at all times. Instructions regarding routes, formations, halts, speed, overtaking, and other ride-related matters issued by the Captain, Lead, Sweep, or Marshals must be followed throughout the journey.
04 | Leadership & Decision Making
The Captain’s decision shall be final during official rides. The Core Team will appoint the Lead, Sweep, and Marshals for every ride based on operational requirements and mutual consensus. Our Lieutenants serve as leaders across various internal operations, including Finance and Marketing.
05 | Financial Responsibility
Unless specifically announced as a sponsored event, all expenses—including food, accommodation, fuel, tolls, parking, and other miscellaneous costs—shall be shared equally by the participating riders and pillions.
06 | Personal Responsibility & Liability
Participation in any ride or community event is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. O.N.E. shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, damage, theft, or unfortunate incident occurring before, during, or after a ride.
07 | Zero Tolerance for Intoxication
Riding under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances is strictly prohibited before or during an official ride. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the ride and may lead to permanent blacklisting from the community.
08 | Community Integrity
Every member represents Odisha Nomadic Ethnos as a brand ambassador. Members are expected to uphold the community’s values, reputation, and spirit both during rides and in all public interactions.
09 | Gear Transactions
Any purchase, sale, exchange, or monetary transaction involving riding gear or accessories between members is strictly a personal arrangement. The community assumes no responsibility or liability for such transactions.
10 | Membership & Communication
The official procedure for joining the tribe is through the designated Membership Form and Ride Registration Form. Additional assistance can be obtained from the Core Team. Members are encouraged to use the community’s official social media platforms to stay connected, informed, and ready to roll.
