As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring smooth coordination, safety, and an enjoyable experience for everyone, the following guidelines are to be observed during all rides:

01 | Team Assignments & Roles
To ensure effective coordination, team allocations and individual responsibilities will be assigned by the core team at the beginning of each ride. All members are requested to respect these assignments and avoid independently sharing or modifying team structures.
02 | Formation Discipline
For the safety of all riders and to maintain group flow, everyone is expected to stick to their designated positions within the formation. Any changes should only be made under the guidance of the ride leaders or Marshals.
03 | Focus on Enjoyment
While coordination is important, the main goal of our rides is to enjoy the journey together. Members without specific roles are encouraged to relax, participate, and make the most of the experience—without stepping into unassigned responsibilities.
04 | Conduct in Public Spaces
We represent not just ourselves but the entire riding community. Maintaining respectful behaviour, positive communication, and basic public etiquette goes a long way in building a good image for everyone.
05 | Confidentiality of Group Roles
Members are expected to maintain the confidentiality of internal groups such as (Lieutenants, Core Team & HR etc.). This helps in keeping operations smooth, structured, and free from confusion.
